This app streamlines the process by replacing traditional paper-based check sheets that are prone to damage, loss, or illegibility. By automatically loading the appropriate checklist based on the machine's serial number, VIN, or QR code, operators can efficiently complete their checks. The app allows users to include comments and upload photos to provide additional details on any failed checks. All completed checks are securely stored in the JCB Customer Portal in real-time, ensuring prompt attention in cases of failed checks. The app also offers offline functionality, submitting checks to the portal once internet connectivity is restored.
